主要特點：
本機是先將空瓶加入上瓶機儲瓶倉內，上瓶機根據理瓶桶內瓶數量的多少，自動將瓶子提升輸送到理瓶桶內。理瓶桶內的轉盤在旋轉過程中將瓶子全部轉到工位槽內進行排列。其中有一小部分瓶子沒有按規律進入工位時，理瓶桶內有一個蹼輪會將瓶子清除出工位，進行重新排列。從理瓶桶出來的瓶子排成一列通過推進輪進入理瓶換向輪，將瓶子的瓶口理成一個方向。再通過同步帶將瓶子輸送到立瓶機構並將瓶子翻轉站立起來。然後通過和輸送帶一致速度的同步帶將瓶子平穩的過渡到輸送帶上進入灌裝機進行灌裝。電控系統通過各部位的傳感器進行實時監控反饋，來決定理瓶速度的快慢和後面的灌裝速度緊密配套，達到和諧一致。
本機是由空瓶提升機、主機和輸送機組成。採用PLC將各傳動機構有機的結合起來形成一個整體。可以通過觸摸屏將已經設定的數據進行修改，來適應不同客戶對本機速度的需要。本機換品種只要將理瓶桶中的轉盤進行更換，其它部件可以自由調節。整機按GMP標準要求製作，採用304不鏽鋼和合金鋁為主要製造材料。整機美觀大方，工作效率高，能適應各種不同環境的工作。
