ZRJ-300L真空乳化攪拌機
1整機外形尺寸：長×寬×高×全高 3200×2500×2250×3200mm.
2 乳化鍋：工作容積300L 材料SUS316L ，電加熱及蒸汽加熱，水冷卻。
3 結構形式：三層結構，上下封頭，上封頭與罐體用法蘭連接。下封頭直接與罐體相連，罐體內膽材料為316L。厚度為6mm，內拋光300MESH（衛生級），夾套材料為SUS304，厚度為4mm，工作壓力0.3MPa，保溫外套為304材質 ，厚度2mm，外拋光300MESH（衛生級），所有焊縫磨平后拋光處理，保溫材料，採用PU聚氨脂發泡液工藝。
4 鍋內帶三套攪拌裝置：
1，高速剪切均質乳化，功率5.5KW 轉速0-3200r/min（變頻調速）
2，回流式框形攪拌漿，功率2.2KW 轉速0-70r/min（變頻調速）
3，逆向攪拌，刮壁與攪拌漿同一個電機傳動 ，轉速0-70r/min
5 罐體上主要配件：進料口配有管道過濾器，加料口，吸真空口，無菌呼吸口，帶燈帶霧刷視鏡，溫度傳感器，CIP清洗器，出料口，安全閥，壓力表，負壓感應器等裝置。
6液壓系統：
油箱，油缸，電磁閥，溢流閥，液壓回流控制閥等結構。
7 真空系統：
主鍋真空泵ZBV2061型，抽氣量52㎡/h，電機功率1.5KW。
8 電氣控制系統：
觸摸屏，LCD顯示器，電器元件為西門子產品，變頻器為日本松下電工，按鈕類採用施耐德公司產品。儀表，傳感器，溫控儀等採用國內優質產品。乳化，加溫，冷卻等所需時間，均可用數據輸入觸摸屏與模塊自動控制。
9 密封 密封材料，採用硅橡膠密封墊進行密封。
10 線端接點全部採用壓帽工藝連接。
11 本機分兩組結構。。
12 外表面的各拐角處全部圓弧過度，手感平滑。

5. Main parts from the tank: product inlet filter; product fitting inlet; vacuum sucking outlet; germless breath mouth; mirror with light and brush; temperature sensor; CIP cleaner; product outlet; safety valve; pressure meter; negative pressure sensor, etc.

8. Electric control system:
Electric component is Schneider brand, frequency convertor is Matsushita, press button is Schneider brand. Meter and sensor, temperature is the best quality made in china. Temperature control, data input, automatic control.
9. Seals
Material of seals is silicon rubber seals.
10. Connecting way of Clamping Nut for the connector of wire end
11. The machine has two parts, bottom settlings can be fixed on the platform (the stand for oil tank and water tank)
12. Outer surface for each corner is arc shape, and the touch feeling is soft.
